That’s why our range of gourmet diet meals are made from fresh, natural ingredients + locally sourced product with no preservatives or additives.

With such healthy, tasty options + the convenience of delivery to your door we aim to make reaching your weight loss + wellbeing goals enjoyable + easy.
Depending on your starting weight you can expect to lose up to 3 kilos a week* (more on the Cleanse) on one of our plans.
For maximum health + wellbeing benefits we recommend that you also exercise while on dietlicious, which will assist your metabolism and motivation.

Our Plans
We offer a Cleanse, Kickstart, 1500/1800 calorie plans, flexible plans, individual meals, personalised plans, gluten free + gourmet dinner service meals.
CLEANSE Spring clean your body with a 5 day Cleanse. Includes healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, fresh seasonal fruit, superfood smoothies + detoxifying teas. We recommend the Cleanse as a great way to start off your health + well being plan. For ultimate results follow up with the Kickstart plan.
KICKSTART PLAN Our 1200 calorie Kickstart plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner with vegetables and snacks. As with the Cleanse all meals are free of preservatives and additives and made from fresh, natural ingredients. Salad and fruit are optional extras (you can arrange your own if you prefer) but are included in the NIPS calorie + nutritional information. There is the option to order for 5 or 7 days, depending on what will fit with your lifestyle.

PARTNER/HUSBAND MEALS + Easy ways to cook for the rest of the family
Even if your partner/husband isn’t eating Dietlicious it is possible to order the same meals in larger sizes from our mother company, Gourmet Dinner Service, so you can both eat together. You can also order the same vegetables, which makes serving dinner almost too easy!
If you have even more mouths to feed Gourmet Dinner Service also has a range of healthy + super convenient family + kids meal options. When you order from both menus it will all be delivered altogether and with only the one delivery fee.
