Keep up the good work - commence 14 day 1200 calorie Kickstart plan

Dietlicious also offers 1500, 1800 calorie + flexible weekly plans or individual meals.

 

Note: gluten free – there is always a small chance of cross contamination from other foods


To get maximum benefit from the Cleanse we recommend:

  • Please drink at least 2-3 litres of water each day to stay hydrated + minimise headaches
  • Zero nasty stimulants such as caffeine, non herbal tea, alcohol or tobacco for the duration
  • Gentle to moderate exercise

Before you commence the Cleanse we recommend:

  • Wean yourself off all caffeine and alcohol a day or 2 before to make the transition to the Cleanse easier
  • Push “naughty” foods to the back of the cupboard where they belong – out of sight, out of mind!
  • If you think you might be tempted or need a little bit more sustenance stock up on healthy snacks, so any “extras” will be good ones.  Also, stock up on a range of herbal teas which are not only a great coffee substitute, but can assist with your Cleanse
  • Cleanse with a friend/partner. It is so much easier to stay on track + motivated when you are sharing the experience.
