Please note delivery times will vary, depending on how many orders + areas our drivers or couriers need to deliver to on your delivery day.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - If you have any specific or special delivery instructions please complete in the box provided when you are placing your order. If we don’t receive delivery instructions we will leave your order at your front door.
If you live in a security unit and/or will not be home please make arrangements for our driver or courier to;
- buzz a neighbour to let us in so we can leave your order at your front door,
- have access to your garage,
Or provide us with clear alternative instructions.
Please note that once we have delivered as per your instructions, Gourmet Dinner Service + Dietlicious will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery.
Your orders are packed to maintain optimal freshness.
For Sydney metro deliveries: All orders will be packed in a polystyrene insulated box.
For independent courier deliveries: All orders will be packed in a sealed polystyrene insulated box filled with wet ice (for interstate we also add dry ice)
With this tried + tested packing method your meals will last out of the freezer for up to 7 hours or overnight when packed with wet and dry ice.
IF YOU ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE EXPECTED DAY
If you haven't received your order when expected please call us by 4pm AEST on (02) 9905 0266 or 1300 131 070 so we can ensure that the delivery gets to you asap.
For interstate deliveries we use an independent courier service. If your delivery hasn't turned up, please don't assume it will be delivered next week as we would have phone you to advise you missed the cut off.
Please notify us within 24 hours if your delivery has not been received. After 24 hours the food will have perished and will be not be able to be retrieved, therefore we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for any loss.
