3.2 Women - Week 1

This 5 Day women's plan is perfect for the busy working week. Monday and Wednesday are the fast days with approx 500 calories split between lunch and dinner, meaning you skip breakfast.
The other 3 days are the normal eating days. A normal eating day is approx 1800 - 2000 of healthy calories per day so we have given you the healthy base. You get a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner which contain approx 1000 calories per day. This gives you plenty scope to add in another 800-1000 calories of foods/drinks that you choose to include on these 'normal days'.
The weekend menu is entirely at your discretion!
