PreparationDelivered raw, cryovaced and ready to cook. Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx 1 hour) then remove packaging, leaving the netting. Transfer to baking dish, pour over 1 cup each of good quality chicken stock and white wine. Place in preheated 180c oven. Bake for 50 mins rest for 15 mins. Cooking time may vary depending on oven.
