PreparationDelivered fresh, raw, cryovaced and ready to cook. Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx 1 hour) then remove packaging, leaving the netting. Transfer to baking dish, pour over 1 cup each of good quality chicken stock and white wine. Place in preheated 180c oven. Bake for 90 mins rest for 20 mins. Cooking time may depend on oven. Fresh use by date is 8 days, Can be frozen for 3 months.
