Fast Days - Men - Week 1
This plan is the 2 'fast' days with approx 600 calories per day. There is no right way to consume your calories on these days except to limit food intake. This plan provides a lunch and dinner option, meaning you will skip breakfast. Liquids are allowed such as herbal teas, lemon + water , tea, coffee etc. Just be aware if you have sugar or milk as it will add calories to your daily intake.
