Lamb Souvlaki Fillets - Serves 2

These lamb fillets are marinated in the traditional Greek fashion of EV olive oil, lemon, garlic + oregano . They are best on the BBQ just be sure not to overcook them. A couple of minutes either side is ample. Serve with roast Kipfler potatoes and Moroccan salad. Couldn't be easier! Delivered frozen. Use By: Frozen 3 months, Fresh 5 days

Lamb, EV olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper


Defrost lamb overnight in fridge and allow to come to room temperature before cooking. Pan fry or BBQ w olive oil in pan for 2 minute each side, only turning once. Cook longer for well done. Allow to rest in pan for at least 1 minute. Serve and pour over pan juices.
