Greek lamb w Chickpea + kumera
We start with a Premium grade Australian lamb back strap which we marinade and then bake in a combination of garlic, fresh oregano, sumac, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. The result is lean, juicy and tender lamb with subtly infused flavours. Our chefs hand-slice the fillet, ready for you to gently warm in the microwave. Comes with a side serve of chickpea + kumera sautéed with red capsicum. A restaurant quality meal you can enjoy at home.
