Vegetable curry w turmeric rice
Here’s another one from our trio of Indian chefs, a vegetarian meal that meets the brief for low calorie, high fibre and taste. The key flavour drivers are onion, garlic, ginger, mustard, coriander and dried chillies. Served with rice that is spiced with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich turmeric.
