We recently updated some of the meals within this pack to offer more variety. We've also added a whole new pack (see our Keto Friendly 2 option). This is a very healthy low-carb pack containing 5 fresh salads for lunch and 5 tasty dinners. It delivers high levels of protein and healthy fats and a low 16 grams of carbs per day. Just add your own healthy keto breakfast and snacks (ideas below).
