Mediterranean tuna salad
This is a light, fresh leaf salad topped with a generous serve of tuna, which we mix with a house-made semi dried tomato and kalamata olive pesto. We add in freekah, a nutty flavoured, high-protein ancient grain to add more depth to the texture and taste. With plenty of herbs and our zingy balsamic dressing too, this salad is bursting with flavour.
