An anti-inflammatory diet is about eating foods that have been shown to fight inflammation and — just as important — cutting out foods that have been shown to contribute to it.

Therefore Dietlicious anti-inflammatory plan consists of high fibre vegetables, fish containing ogema-3 fatty acids, whole grains, lean protein, healthy fats, and spices. These foods are rich in antioxidants over those like sugar, processed foods, red meats and alcohol that increase the production of free radicals and can contribute to disease.

Suitable for anyone wanting to maximize their health.

You can swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. To swap items in your plan please name the meal and advise its replacement. Orders that do not advise a replacement meal will not have their swaps processed. If you want to swap out more than 3 meals or choose your own meals then we suggest you use the Build Your Own Plan which allows you to customise and create your own plan from scratch.
