800 Calorie Meal Plan – Our No 1 selling plan for rapid weight loss.

1200 Calorie Meal Plan - Our second most popular meal plan for women who want results. Includes vegetarian or gluten free options.

1500 Calorie Meal Plan - Recommended for men who want rapid weight loss or women with a more active lifestyle.

Intermittent Fasting Diet Plan – With this plan you skip breakfast on two non-consecutive days in the week to get the benefits of intermittent fasting. 

We allow you to swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. Please the Meal Swaps box on the plan selection page.

Note that for all set calorie meal plans we aim to get as close to the exact number of calories per day in each menu, however, there will be some small daily variations (+/-).
