The 1800 calorie meal plan is our most popular meal plan for men or those with higher energy requirements as it has an emphasis on extra protein and essential nutrients for sustained energy. It can also be used as a weight-maintenance plan for women leading a typical, moderately active lifestyle.
Our new Winter menu sees a few less salads and more heartier fare in keeping with the cooler weather. Now enjoy a range of our new and revised meals including Chicken Minestrone Soup, chock full of chicken and healthy pulses; spicy Persian Lamb w Pita Bread, Lemon + Herb Chicken Meatballs now with more nutrient-rich spinach; and slow cooked Lamb Tagine w Cauliflower Quinoa Pilaff w Apricots. We know our newest snack Fudgelicious, a vanilla fudge will go down a treat being low calories and high protein.
Don’t like some of the meals in the set plan?
We allow you to swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. To swap items in your plan please name the meal and advise its replacement. Orders that do not advise a replacement meal will not have their swaps processed.
If you want to swap out more than 3 meals or choose your own meals then we suggest you use the Build Your Own Plan which allows you to customise and create your own plan from scratch.
