If you’re a man that leads a busy lifestyle with no time to cook, or you want a bodybuilding diet with muscle meals, this plan will suit. It emphasises high protein and essential nutrients to refuel you and put you at a decent calorie deficit for weight loss.

With this healthy eating meal plan, you’ll get four low calorie, healthy meals a day (breakfast, two lunches, dinner) plus a snack. Containing plenty of protein, you will not be hungry! The average daily calories provided are between 1600 - 1800 which allows you a little wiggle room for adding in a coffee, piece of fruit or the odd treat so life isn't too rigid.

Having your weekly menu delivered means you free yourself from shopping and meal prep, to have more time to spend exercising, working or relaxing. This healthy, balanced diet will have you looking and feeling great in no time!

Don’t like some of the meals in the set plan?

We allow you to swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. To swap items in your plan please name the meal and advise its replacement. Orders that do not advise a replacement meal will not have their swaps processed.

If you want to swap out more than 3 meals or choose your own meals then we suggest you use the Build Your Own Plan which allows you to customise and create your own plan from scratch.
