The 3-Day Method

On The 3-Day Method, participants restrict their food consumption to 1000-1200 calories 3 days a week and eat normally the other 4 days. Choose from two different menus for variety.

Option 1 and Option 2 both offer two weeks of food for your Fasting Days Only, so that's 6 days of healthy food - breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack all for between 1000-1200 calories per day. On non-fasting days, you're free to eat as you like. Food is packaged by the day. Keep week 2 in the freezer until you need it.

Don’t like some of the meals in the set plan?

We allow you to swap up to 3 meals in any plan. To swap items in your plan please name the meal and advise its replacement. You can choose any meal of equivalent value from the entire Dietlicious menu.

If you want to make even more changes to the meal plan, then we suggest you use Build Your Own Plan which allows you to create your own plan from scratch with meals that you choose. This feature automatically adds up all the macros for you, so you can be sure not to exceed your calorie targets.
