Our 5:2 diet meal plan is back! The 5:2 diet shot to worldwide popularity because it’s easy to follow, achieves weight loss results, plus offers many of the other health benefits of intermittent fasting - improved insulin sensitivity, better cholesterol levels, enhanced gut health and reduced overeating.

The 5:2 diet simply involves eating healthy food five days of the week and using intermittent fasting (skipping breakfast and reducing calorie intake) on the other two. Our menu provides 5 days of meals plus the flexibility for you to eat as you like on weekends.

The key to your success on this diet is the intermittent fasting days which should be strictly adhered to.
