Our Freekah + Halloumi Salad brings out the best of this nutty flavoured ancient grain, combining it with the crunch of the fresh greens and chewy texture of the baked halloumi. We then add herbs and a lemony dressing to bring it all together. It's a combination that's bound to please.


Halloumi, freekeh, spinach, cucumber, carrot, shallot, mushroom, sun dried tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, mint, parsley, coriander, rosemary, thyme, chilli, lemon, salt, pepper. CONTAINS: GLUTEN


Heat halloumi + freekeh in mircowave until warm for approx 30 seconds. Toss all ingredients together with dressing
