Salmon (95%), olive oil, capers, cornchions, garlic, basil, coriander, parsley, chilli, salt, pepper

Easy Heat + Serve

Allow to defrost overnight in fridge. Place on greased oven tray and bake in 180c oven for 15-20 minutes. Will vary depending on thickness and how you like your fish to be served.

Use By: 3 months, once defrosted bake within 2 days.
