Salmon (95%), EV olive oil, capers, cornchions, garlic, basil, coriander, parsley, chilli, salt, pepper

Preparation

Allow to defrost overnight in fridge. Place on greased oven tray and bake in 180c oven for 15-20 minutes. Will vary depending on thickness and how you like your fish to be served.

Garnish with a large handful of halved ripe tom tomatoes. Perfect with Italian Slaw + Parmesan and Sourdough loaf. A taste of summer right there!
