One of our newest salmon meals and it's good! Harissa is a traditional chilli paste from Tunisia, made by blending red peppers with herbs and spices. In this dish, the combination of seasoning merged with gluten free breadcrumbs, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil is perfectly balanced to give you a mild spicy flavour. The salmon provides protein to keep hunger at bay as well as good doses of omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. Ready for you to quickly bake and serve with creamy white bean puree.
