Salmon chermoula w Spinach + lemon oil
Enjoy this premium grade Tasmanian salmon smothered in a zesty herb chermoula. Chermoula is a North African marinade traditionally made by mixing mint, coriander, lemon and chilli. Fish fillets are best cooked and eaten immediately which is why with this meal is delivered raw and ready for you to oven bake for just 5-6 minutes. The salmon turns out flaky, juicy and absolutely delicious. Comes with a side of spinach with lemon oil - just wilt for 30 seconds in a saucepan or microwave to save time and mess. High in protein and healthy fats but low in calories with virtually no carbs.
Salmon (52%), tomato, onion, lemon juice, parsley, coriander, mint, garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, harissa paste, salt. Spinach: spinach (39%), EV olive oil, lemon zest.
Defrost + pan fry or oven bake for a couple of minutes. Serve with wilted spinach.
