One of our newest salmon meals and it's good! Harissa is a traditional chilli paste from Tunisia, made by blending red peppers with herbs and spices. In this dish, the combination of seasoning merged with gluten free breadcrumbs, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil is perfectly balanced to give you a mild spicy flavour. The salmon provides protein to keep hunger at bay as well as good doses of omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. Ready for you to quickly bake and serve with chick pea masala. This meal is high in protein, high in fibre and low in carbs.

Allow fish to defrost in overnight fridge. Transfer to a greased baking tray and cook for 5-6 minutes in preheated 200c oven. Rest on bench for 2 minutes before serving. Heat white bean puree for approx 1 minute in microwave.
