This meal is jam packed full of African flavour thanks to the dry spice mix rub we use on the chicken and in the lentils. It contains the perfect Berbere blend of over ten warm seasonings including paprika, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon and chilli. We place the chicken on a bed of tasty French lentils that are simmered with onions, carrot, tomato and spice. Par-cooked in our oven, then finished in yours, the aromatic flavours, tender meat and crispy chicken skin will give your local chicken shop a run for it's money! Top with Green Harissa Sauce.....brilliant spicy finish.
