Lamb/BeefThe saag means spinach and gosht refers to the tender, slow cooked meat. This dish is renowned all around India and you'll love ours too! We begin with fresh cuts of Aussie lamb marinaded in a gorgeous spice blend of turmeric, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, garam masala. We brown the meat before slow cooking to bring out the authentic flavours then add tomato, potato, panner and spinach puree at the end of cooking. If you're looking for something new in the curry department, you won't want to pass on this one! Keto friendly with high protien.

Easy Heat + Serve
