We begin with fresh cuts of Aussie lamb marinaded in a gorgeous spice blend of turmeric, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, garam masala. We brown the meat before slow cooking to bring out the authentic flavours then add tomato, potato, panner and spinach puree at the end of cooking.
