Understanding the difference between a Meal Pack and a Meal Plan

Meal Packs are convenient bundles of meals aimed at health or weight loss. They're ideal for having a stash of healthy meals on hand or ensuring you eat at least one nutritious meal daily. Meal Plan is a premium, structured program providing every meal, packed by day and tailored for specific health or weight loss goals. All calories and macronutrients are predetermined to support success rates, and you can swap up to three meals per plan to suit your preferences. Options include 800, 1200, or 1500 calorie plans, Menopause Diet, and Food Cleanse. See our range of Meal Plans here

Choose the right Meal Pack for you

Our original 5 day lunch and dinner pack was borne out of the need for more convenient options for busy people who don’t have time to cook or prepare food from Monday through to Friday.  These include the Flat Belly (low cal, low carb meals to prevent bloating and encourage fat loss), Vegetarian (all plant-based meals), Gut Health (high fibre, gut-healthy ingredients, a mix of plant and meat meals). You receive 5 lunches and 5 dinners, providing approximately 750-800 calories per day.

GLP-1 Support Meals Packs - our latest offering for those on weight loss medications who lack an appetite but want to maintain health while losing weight. Two light meals per day will help you meet basic nutritional needs and ease your transition off Wegovy, Ozempic and other medication.

3 day diet - perfect if you find it hard to stick to long diets. Just 3 days to feel lighter. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Repeat monthly or as necessary.

10 Diabetic Meals - get low carb meals with high protein to help you better manage your blood sugar levels. Perfect for diabetics or those with prediabetes who want to support their health naturally with diet.

10 High Protein Meals - get ten of our highest protein meat meals to help boost metabolism, maintain muscle and burn calories.

5 Day Ultimate Health + Wellbeing - this budget busting pack includes 3 ultra healthy meals for day - diverse range of meats, seafood and vegetarian. Low calories, low carbs, high protein, high fibre and low salt to boost wellness!
