Do you struggle to stick to your diet and feel yourself falling off the wagon time and again? The 3 day diet is for you! Known as the Military Diet it's so easy. Be strict for just 3 days and you’ll feel lighter, brighter and healthier. Repeat if necessary – every week, fortnight or month - whenever you need a trim up or reset of healthy eating habits. We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner totalling around 900 calories per day. This high protein menu is updated for March/April.
