Chicken san choy bau w rice
PoultryThis is a variation of the classic pork dish, using chicken mince. We flash fry the lean chicken with bamboo shoots, carrots and water chestnuts for crunch. It brings forth all the best Chinese sweet-soy flavours incorporating garlic, ginger, soy, shallots, chilli, coriander and peanut oil. Served on a bed of brown rice.
Ingredients
Brown rice (36%), chicken mince (35%), GF soy sauce, bamboo shoots, cabbage, carrot, water, sherry, shallot, garlic, coriander, maize flour, stock powder, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, pepper, sugar.
Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx 3 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
