Free range chicken thigh (33%), rice (23%), tomato, spinach (10%), onion, water, olive oil, garlic, ginger, spices, black mustard seeds, dried chilli, coriander, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, pepper.
Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
