Pork larb salad
Meat
Larb is a meat salad that derives from Laos but has gained popularity across South East Asian and now in the West too. Larb beautifully combines savoury Asian flavours with fresh zesty ingredients. We start with pork mince and marinade in lemongrass, garlic, ginger and fish sauce for a zap of flavour and dose of protein. The base salad contains coriander, mint, bean sprouts, shallots and cabbage which offer a stack of nutrients and fibre. Topped with toasted rice for crunch, the result is an outstandingly tasty and modern salad that you will adore!
