Easy Heat + Serve
Remove lid, cover with paper towel. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
