For study participants - TGI staff can assist you if you have any questions about the meal sets. You may alter your meal set choice at the end of every month if needed. Please note individual meals within meal sets cannot be changed by participants*, and you may only order from one study meal provider at a time.
*At the discretion of study meal providers, meals are subject to change occasionally due to seasonality and availability.
This page contains dietitian designed meal sets from Dietlicious as part of the Medically Tailored Meals Study run by The George Institute for Global Health (TGI).
Meal sets were created to meet specific macro and micronutrient criteria for participants with type 2 diabetes. Participants were provided with one meal set (consisting of 20 meals) per fortnight for a period of several months and their health outcomes were evaluated.
The study has now been wrapped up as far as the meals are concerned - data is still being collated and in due course will be published. Meal sets may no longer show as available.
