Welcome to Dietlicious! We are excited to be part of the Bupa Healthy Weight Trial Program as your healthy support meal providers. We are working alongside the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet to support your successful journey for the next 12months.

As you know, this program includes the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet including up to 20 telephone coaching sessions by a Bupa dietitian, an exercise resistance band, PLUS a Dietlicious $100 Gift Voucher and an ongoing $20 Discount Code (BUPA20) for your use throughout this 12 month program to purchase individual meals to support your weightloss journey and hep you stay on track.

WHO is Dietlicious?

Established in 2010, Dietlicious a healthy and nutritious chef prepared, pre-made home delivery meal service to support healthy weightloss, weight management and good nutrition for everybody, every day.

We are here to offer you 100% support so you have the time saving convenience of 100% healthy meals delivered to your door to support you succeed in your healthy weight journey alongside the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet on the BUPA Healthy Weight Trial Program.

Our meals are full of taste and flavour made using only 100% real wholefood ingredients. Nutritionally balanced and perfectly portioned with the highest proportion of protein in every meal you will be left feeling satisfied and fuller for longer.

Our French Michelin Star trained Executive Chef and his team of passionate chefs, source premium quality produce and cook every meal. Cooked fresh then snap frozen locking in maximum nutrients, lasting up to 4 months in the freezer. And because freezing is nature’s preservative never use preservatives or additives in anything, making our meals premium quality.

How do get started?

    STEP 1: Click though to our home page and create your account (1 account per person)

    STEP 2: LOGIN into your account

    STEP 3: Go to Individual Meals to select your meals

    STEP 3: Go to the CHECKOUT to pay and arrange delivery

 

How do I use my BUPA Gift Voucher?

    1. Ensure your minimum spend is $50 (excludes delivery)

    2. Go to Checkout

    3. Click on ‘GIFT VOUCHER’ field

    4. Enter your ‘Gift Voucher Number’ (E.G: BUPA1234)

    5. Click ‘APPLY’

        - The amount owing will be deducted from your Gift Voucher balance.

        - Should you have zero balance no payment is required.

        - Should your GV amount be spent, please see payment options to purchase your meals.

 

How do I use my BUPA20 Discount Code?

    1. Ensure your minimum spend is $100 (excludes delivery)

    2. Go to Checkout

    3. Click on ‘PROMOTIONAL CODE’ section

    4. Enter BUPA20 discount Code

    5. Click ‘APPLY’

        - Balance owing will show in TOTAL (incl TAX).

        - Click ‘PLACE ORDER’

 

Can I use one of both of the Gift Voucher and Discount Code?

    - Yes! You may use either or both the GIFT VOUCHER or the DISCOUNT CODE for your order purchases

    - Please ensure you use your $100 GIFT VOUCHER first!

    - The $100 GIFT VOUCHER minimum spend requirement is $50 (plus cost of delivery)

    - The BUPA20 DISCOUNT CODE minimum spend requirement increases to $100 (plus cost of delivery)

Delivery Information

When does Dietlicious deliver to my area?

Each area has a designated delivery day and cut off times differ depending on your location – please enter your postcode into the search section found under the DELIVERY tab on the home page. While our drivers endeavour to deliver between the time frames advised on our site, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame. For an ETA of your delivery, you may call our office on the day (1300 131 070) to check your delivery, as delivery routes are not finalised until the morning of your delivery.

You don’t need to be home to receive your delivery as meals are delivered in an insulated poly box with ice packs and can be left in a safe location for up to 8 hours. Your delivery will be left at the front door unless you have advised specific delivery instructions in your order. If you live in a gated complex or high rise building please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex.

 

Who delivers my food?

Sydney, Melbourne + Brisbane metro are serviced by our Dietlicious drivers. We do use Fastway Couriers for some suburbs as well as ACT and regional NSW, VIC and QLD. To check your area and delivery days go to Delivery and enter your postcode.

 

What do I do with my insulated box?

Boxes may be collected with the delivery of your next order – please store in a clean space and remember to leave out when expecting a delivery. We appreciate your assistance in helping us reduce wastage. Exception: There is no box retrieval by independent couriers (Fastway).

 

What about Public Holidays and Sundays?

We are closed on weekends. Delivery days are subject to temporary change during special event dates or public holidays. Most deliveries will be made on your next delivery day.

 

Can you collect our orders?

Yes! Your order can placed and collected from our kitchens in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. For same day pick up, please order before 12 noon on your collection day.

Office Hours/Pick up times: You may also opt to collect your orders from each of our State offices during the hours of Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm (Note: If picking up from Brisbane kitchen and the gate is closed please use code: 3343# to enter and exit). Please contact Customer service with any enquiries.  

 

Terms and Conditions

    - BUPA Gift Voucher: $100 store credit with a unique GV number provided to each BUPA member for the purchase of Dietlicious meals. Minimum Spend $50 (excluding delivery) applies to all orders.

    - BUPA20 Discount Code: Multi-use discount code to get $20 OFF meal costs (excluding delivery). Minimum Spend $100 (excluding delivery) for the $20 discount code to apply. Applies to all individual meals, snacks and smoothies. Does not apply to meal plans, lunch and dinner packs or food cleanses or to purchase gift vouchers.

    - Term: Your BUPA Gift Voucher and the BUPA20 Discount Code are valid for the term of the 52 week program only and will expire upon the completion of this program

    - Orders are subject to available delivery areas across NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT (Go to Delivery Areas and type in your post code to confirm your delivery days)

    - One account per customer

    - One discount code per order

    - Accounts are automatically subscribes to a weekly newsletter, with other weekly offers and discounts.

    - Members may opt to use any of the weekly offers in the weekly newsletters instead of the BUPA20 discount code
