Ingredients
Water, Potato, Pumpkin, Carrot, Onion, Sweet Potato, broccoli, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Spinach, Celery, Olive Oil, Garlic, Potassium-enriched Heart Salt, Stock Powder, Salt.Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Remove lid, cover with paper towel. Defrost in microwave for approx. 8 mins. Heat on high for approx. 3 mins until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving. Exercise caution removing hot soup. Can be heated on stove. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Allergens
