Eggplant parmigiana w quinoa
VegetarianThis classic Italian vegetarian dish is composed of roasted eggplant with a house-made sauce of garlic, basil and tomato, with the addition of chunks of capsicum and zucchini. And it's not parmigiana sauce without cheese, so we added a small amount of parmesan on a bed of deliciously seasoned quinoa.
Ingredients
Tomato (43%) eggplant (26%), quinoa (14%), capsicum (10%), zucchini (6%), EV olive oil, cheese, basil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, GF stock powder, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, pepper. CONTAINS: DAIRY
Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4-5 minutesNutritional Information
