We use 10 spices in this dish to create the most fragrant beef you'll come across. There's also plenty of garlic, ginger and onions to round out the flavours. Served with fennel roasted carrot and zucchini. Enjoy this high protein, high fibre, low carb meal.

Beef (28%), Carrot (17%), Water, Onion, Zucchini (9%), Oil, Garlic, Spices, Honey, potassium-enriched Heart Salt, Maize Flour, Fresh Herbs, Olive Oil, GF Stock Powder, Pepper.Easy Heat + Serve
Remove lid, cover with paper towel. Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes until piping hot. Consume within 4 days of defrosting.Nutritional Information
