Water, ham (11%), zucchini (11%), quinoa (9%), tomato, cheese, egg, milk, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper. CONTAINS: DAIRY, EGG
Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 3 mins. Heat on high for approx. 2 mins. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 2 mins until piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
