Could this be the tastiest stew ever? We start with beef brisket which is renowned for its incredible flavour and tenderness when slow cooked. It takes hours to bring out the true character of the meat which we do by combining with onions, garlic, tomato, red wine vinegar, honey, stock and a range of warming spices. We add chick peas, dates and sweet potato to the mix - rich, sweet and guaranteed to have you licking the plate clean, but still under 400 calories!

Easy Heat + Serve
