Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost overnight in fridge. Pan fry with a little olive oil for 1-2 minutes each side OR bake 200c for 6-7 minutes until cooked and piping hot. Rest for a few minutes before serving. Once defrosted consume within 2 days.Nutritional Information
