Tofu scramble w GF toast
VegetarianHere's a vegetarian breakfast that even the non-vege eaters will adore. We sauté tofu with a mix of mushrooms, spinach and onion and flavour with fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary and shallots. Served with gluten free toast for a satisfying meal that will keep you going until lunch.
Ingredients
Tofu (49%), mushroom (15%), spinach (6%), onion, olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, shallots, potassium-enriched Heart Salt. GF bread (15%), potato flour, tapioca flour, rice flour, soy flour, maize flour, canola oil, linseed, sunflower seed, yeast, ground ginger, salt. CONTAINS: SOY
Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx. 4 mins. Heat on high for approx. 2 mins until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 2 mins. Serve with GF toast. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
