How Melbourne NDIS food delivery works
To be eligible for home-delivered meals under the NDIS, you ought to have a core supports budget. This usually includes a specific line item for meal preparation and delivery. If you’re unsure whether your plan includes this, you can contact the NDIS, NDIA or your NDIS Plan Manager. Or call us and we'll do whatever we can to assist.

- Clear Pricing – NDIS participants only need to pay a small co-payment to cover the cost of food. Funding under the National Disability Insurance Scheme covers the rest.
For example, if your co-payment is 30%, you’ll pay around $3 - $4 per meal.
There are two ways to pay:
- Self managed plans: Pay upfront with Dietlicious for the full amount, then claim back the difference via the my NDIS portal or app. We can provide specific NDIS invoices to make this process easy.
- Plan managed: Pay a 30% co-contribution when you order, and let Dietlicious invoice your Plan Manager for the remainder. No claims or out of pocket expenses for you.

Our meals at Dietlicious are flash frozen to maintain freshness and nutrition and delivered frozen (excluding some fresh salad leaves).
