Easy Heat + Serve
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for 7 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutritional Information
