If you're keen for a challenge and want to be beach-ready all year, then this 800 Calorie rapid-results meal plan is for you. This 7-day plan provides approx. 800 calories per day, a magic number for dieting success. It incorporates intermittent fasting, so you’ll ideally eat all meals within an 8-10 hour time window each day. Combining calorie restriction and fasting, this diet is designed to trigger a range of metabolic improvements to insulin sensitivity and blood pressure, as well as rapid weight loss. We also offer an 800 Calorie Keto Plan.

As a rapid weight loss plan, the 800 Calorie diet is suggested for short term use (2 - 12 weeks). You can then move onto a more sustainable plan for steady, ongoing weight loss. See our Stage 2 Moderate Weight Loss page for more info.

What’s the difference between a Base Plan & Plus Plan?

The meals are exactly the same, however, the Base Plan provides the salads without the greens. You still get the protein and dressing components (frozen) and can add your own salad greens as you please, for flexibility and freshness. All Plus Plans have the fresh (refrigerated) salad greens included.
