Your meals are conveniently packed for each day. Place days 1-3 in fridge and remaining days in freezer. Each evening move the next days meals into the fridge to defrost (ensure containers are standing upright). Store fresh vegetables and salads in the fridge.

You can swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. To swap items in your plan please name the meal and advise its replacement. Orders that do not advise a replacement meal will not have their swaps processed.

If you want to swap out more than 3 meals or choose your own meals then we suggest you use the Build Your Own Plan which allows you to customise and create your own plan from scratch.

    I typically like Dietlicious, however
    I typically like Dietlicious, however this time the customer care and food quality control has been a little poor.

    Over my 3 deliveries I had one breakfast missing the first week, as well as a different breakfast than stated on one of the days.

    In the second week a different breakfast than stated was delivered.

    The 3rd week the swap that I asked for wasn't done.

    This definitely didn't happen last time i did Dietlicious.

    Disappointing considering it isn't a cheap meal plan and definitely on the more expensive side.

    I really think it could be a bit more tasty. It took me two days to get used to the drop in cals, I felt really good on day 4 by day 7 the meals tasted really bland.
    I also had 3 days with the same breakfast. Beans on toast. (Posted on 23-05-2022)
