Delivered fresh raw, cryovaced and ready to cook. Allow turkey to come to room temperature (approx 1.5 hours) then remove packaging, leaving the netting. Transfer to baking dish, pour over 1 cup of good quality chicken stock OR white wine. Place in preheated 180c oven. Bake for 75 minutes, rest for 15 mins. Cooking time may vary depending on oven.
