On any Dietlicious Cleanse, you will receive 3 meals plus a snack and herbal tea totaling around 1000 calories a day (plus you add your own piece of fruit). You can swap out up to 3 meals in any one plan. Please use the Meal Swaps box on the plan selection page.
What’s different about Dietlicious cleanses?
We don’t believe in starvation, juice diets or extremely restrictive eating patterns. Those types of detox diets tend to backfire as they lack valuable nutrients your body needs. They can also trigger low blood sugar, headaches and hunger can make it impossible to maintain! So we provide you with nourishing high protein meals, so you won’t feel hungry and will have plenty of energy.
Cleanses are generally not recommended for pregnant or lactating women due to the daily low-calorie intake.
