The 5 day healthy meal plan was borne out of the need for more convenient options for busy people who don’t have time to cook or prepare food from Monday through to Friday. We cater to all types of eating preferences with 13 options including vegetarian, gluten free, low carb, pescatarian and high protein.
You receive 5 lunches and 5 dinners, providing 750-800 calories per day. The exception is our specialised Protein 6 Pack which includes only six serves of tasty, high quality protein.
Meals can be eaten in any order. Add your own healthy breakfast and snacks and still lose weight. *There is No swaps available on our 5 Day Lunch & Dinner plans, please select 5 Lunches & Dinners via individual meals section Meals can be eaten in any order & won’t affect results.
