Easy Heat + Serve

Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx.12 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
