This staff favourite will suit vegetarians and meat-lovers alike! It's an Italian classic made from eggplant baked with a generous portion of our decadent tomato + basil sauce. We don't skimp on the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses either!

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost overnight in fridge. Bake in preheated 180c oven for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden and piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
