Greek pasta bake with veal + pork

It's known as pastitsio in Greece and it's their answer to lasagna. Created using layers of tube pasta, meat sauce, cinnamon, creamy bechamel and herbs, it's a win-win combination. This meal epitomises the big, chaotic and happy family coming together. Whether it's a celebration or a weeknight feed, there'll be no complaints (and probably no leftovers either)! Goes well with a side of salad.

For best results allow defrost in fridge. Remove lid and heat in preheated 160c oven for 30 - 40 minutes. To cook from frozen, remove lid, place in preheated 160c oven for approx 80 minutes.
