You can't beat this salad if you're looking for something light, nutritious, satisfying and full of flavour. Teamed with roasted peanuts, crunchy friend shallots, it's served with a spicy nam jim dressing for a zesty finish. You just add 2 cups of salad greens and toss.

Easy Heat + Serve
